march WEEK 3: digital LESSONS
This week, get ready to dazzle your students with not one, but two digital lessons! In the first one, I use some sleek professional backgrounds as usual, while in the other, I invite you into my cozy living room where a puppet puppy and props will join our fun activities. Once your students have had a taste of both lessons, hit the Google Form button below and let me know which lesson they liked more. Or hey, maybe they will enjoy both of them! Your feedback will help me continue to create lessons that you and your students enjoy the most! Thanks a bunch for filling out the Google Form!

1. THE ALPHABET: 10 minutes!
This week, your students will be introduced to the Spanish alphabet! Repetition and review play a crucial role in memorizing the letters. Start by playing the alphabet audio file and practicing the letters together. You can point to the alphabet in your classroom or use the printable alphabet flashcards provided below. I recommend laminating them, cutting them into strips, and arranging them in a line along your classroom wall. Practice with the audio file daily this week and throughout the month. Before you know it, you and your students will have mastered the Spanish alphabet, ready to spell words in Spanish confidently!
2. THE ALPHABET DANCE: 10 minutes!
By tuning in to the online lessons, your students discovered the epic Alphabet Dance, where they groove out while acting out letters to the Alphabet Song! To practice this funky routine in your classroom, grab the Actions to the Alphabet Song sheet below for step-by-step guidance. Once you've nailed down the moves with your crew, hit play on The Alphabet Song audio file provided. Get ready to turn your classroom into a dance floor and bust a move with the Alphabet Dance!
3. ALPHABET coloring sheet: 10 minutes!
Here's an alphabet coloring sheet for your students! Hit play on the alphabet tunes above while they splash color on the page with crayons, magic markers, or colored pencils, creating a classroom vibe that's an art lover's dream! And why not spice it up by chanting the Spanish alphabet out loud along with the music as they jazz up their masterpieces? Let the ABC creativity party begin!
Share Your Wins!
Every time we get your WINS AND SUCCESSES in our inbox, we can’t help but do a little happy dance — to "Don't Stop Believing" or "La Bamba" of course! Why? Because success doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Your wins are our wins, and they’re proof for others that when you do the work, you get results.
Whether your students are finally beginning to repeat or sing in Spanish along with the online videos, or say random words in Spanish throughout the day, or teachers are feeling more confident carrying out the follow-up activities, or parents are sharing that their child is saying words in Spanish at home — we want to hear your wins BIG and small!
Celebrating you always,
Theresa & Team HOLA
