NOVEMBER week 4: EASY breezy Review
Now it’s Your Time to Shine!
Get ready for fun, easy review activities to reinforce Spanish from the digital lesson. No Spanish? No problem! You and your students will pick up new words quickly. Try one or both of these activities—let the adventure begin!
1. Thanksgiving Spanish Fun! (10 MINUTES)
Get ready to review Thanksgiving foods in a super fun way! Play the audio file, and as the words play, either show your students the slideshow, hold up the visuals, or point to them on your bulletin board. Model the words in Spanish, and watch your students light up as they repeat after you!
Thanksgiving Food Memory Game!
Here’s where the fun really begins! Make two copies of the food pictures and turn it into a **Memory Game**. Your students will take turns flipping over two pictures to find a match. Every time they turn over a card, have them say the food word in Spanish—it's a fun way to practice and reinforce their new vocabulary! 🎉
Before you know it, they’ll be pros at saying the words all by themselves! With each round, they’ll build confidence, have fun, and master those Thanksgiving food words in Spanish!

Thanksgiving Food Cheat Sheet
1. COLORING SHEET fun!: (10 MINUTES)
Coloring turkey sheets around Thanksgiving is not only fun, but it also helps students practice their Spanish in a creative way! As they color, they reinforce the Thanksgiving vocabulary they’ve learned, making it a great way to tie language learning to the season.
Once finished, use their artwork to your classroom, adding a festive touch that your students will be proud of. Then, send the coloring sheets home with a sticker as your stamp of approval. When parents display their child’s work at home, it extends the learning to home and keeps families involved in the Spanish journey. This simple activity brings together creativity, language, and family in a fun, meaningful way!

Share Your Wins!
Every time we get your WINS AND SUCCESSES in our inbox, we can’t help but do a little happy dance — to "Don't Stop Believing" or "La Bamba" of course! Why? Because success doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Your wins are our wins, and they’re proof for others that when you do the work, you get results.
Whether your students are finally beginning to repeat or sing in Spanish along with the online videos, or say random words in Spanish throughout the day, or teachers are feeling more confident carrying out the follow-up activities, or parents are sharing that their child is saying words in Spanish at home — we want to hear your wins BIG and small!
Celebrating you always,
Theresa & Team HOLA
